OUR INSURANCE POLICY
We will accept assignment of most dental insurance plans. Fees that are not fully covered by your insurance plan are your responsibility.
Payment is expected when services are rendered. We accept cash, debit, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. At your first visit, please have your insurance information (insurance company, group/plan ID and certificate numbers) available. A booklet that explains your dental benefits would be greatly appreciated.
At Sun Dentistry, we value your time, which is why we will try our best to accommodate your schedule. However, to ensure that we deliver the best dental care in a timely manner, we do expect your cooperation as well. This means that we expect that our patients to arrive on time for their appointments.
If you arrive late for your appointment, please let us know ahead of time and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. However, please realize there’s a chance that late arrivals may result in your appointment having to be rescheduled.
We understand that things may come up to cause your schedule to change. To ensure that we continue providing the best services in a timely manner, we require a 24-48 hour notice if you have to reschedule your appointment. This allows us to better accommodate other patients who may also be waiting.
In the event you’re unable to attend your appointment, please let us know 24 hours ahead of time by telephone. If your scheduled appointment is not canceled by telephone 24 hours ahead of the scheduled time, you may be subject to a missed appointment fee starting at $50.00.
