1. Keep Hydrated
Summer makes us feel dehydrated time throughout the day . In order to stay hydrated you must start drinking a lot of water and other beverages you prefer. Try to avoid sugary drinks such as pop and juice. Keeping your self hydrated protects your teeth and protects your gums and skin.
2. Avoid Dry Mouth
Dry mouth can be caused by dehydration. By having dry mouth it can result into tooth decay , bad breath and even more plaque in your mouth. To avoid this problem drink plenty of water throughout the day.
3. Brush twice a day
Summer season has all of us eating sugary food quite often because of the heat. By eating or drinking sugary products can produce cavities. So it's best if you drink a glass of water after sugar food or drink to flush out the sugars. But most importantly you must brush your teeth twice a day . By brushing twice a day it keeps your risk for cavities low, and dental health in good condition.
